We currently have 150.00 in the bank; although we owe Linde for some un-reimbursed expenses. Many thanks to Rob T. and Judy for the donations that have given us this much money.

Just for curiosities sake, I will post how much spam this post attracts during the 14 days in which comments are open. Countdown starts now at zero.

12/28 Just cleared off the final 65 spams, total count of spam over 2 weeks 105 spams. Most seem to have been for insurance, weight loss stuff, and porn.

We now have a bank account (with very little $$) opened and ready for use. The Chair and Treasurer will both have debit cards that can be used on the account.

The account is at Seattle Bank, which has an office in Wallingford, making it easy for both the Chair and Treasurer. Seattle Bank is a longtime local Seattle bank (hence the name).

As Treasurer I will propose a slight change to the By-Laws, as currently I’m supposed to get a second signature on every check.
